Full Circle Exchange, is an innovative non-profit dedicated to empowering under-served women in the U.S. and around the world to rise above poverty by providing stepping stones to self-sufficiency through job training, education, vital enrichment, emotional readiness and sustainable economic opportunities that allow local economies to prosper and helps the most vulnerable succeed.

WHY DO WE FOCUS PRIMARILY ON WOMEN?

It’s simple...whether it's in the world’s poorest communities or here in the U.S., women bear the brunt of poverty. However, they’re also the key to overcoming it. Over the last five years we have seen first hand that when you empower women, they become a catalyst for positive change whose success benefits everyone around them. While women most often face additional obstacles in achieving their goals, research shows that if you educate and empower a woman, she is statistically more likely to feed her children, provide for her family and break the vicious cycle of abuse, inequality, and poverty.
